Queen Pin Sewing in downtown Renfrew is gearing up to open Queen Pin Bridal, a store dedicated to formal gowns and dresses just moments away from their original location.

That’s owner Christa-Joy Morse. She tells myFM that the community has appreciated having a local shop for women’s formal wear and lingerie to the point where creating a sister store just for those became a necessity.

Morse tells us that she’s been busy getting her new store on 228 Raglan Street South ready for it’s grand opening. A big factor for splitting Queen Pin Bridal from their original Queen Pin Sewing location was to help keep her customers comfortable.

Morse adds that the right style and fit for a special event, like a wedding or prom, ensures her customers are comfortable and feel beautiful for their big day.

Queen Pin Bridal on Raglan Street South will open on Thursday, August 11th with a Best Dressed contest for customers. Come dressed to the nines from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on the day for a chance to win prizes.
