SEATAC, WA - A coastline man said he almost missed his flight on Thanksgiving Day, and the airport parking lot was full, even though he had a reservation.

Kevin Henry said that he paid the deposit, parked the car at SeaTac Crest Motor Inn, and submitted supporting documents. He made a reservation through CheapAirportParking.org.

But he said that even having paperwork is of no avail.

"So, this is the cheap airport parking letter I received, and I printed it out so I can keep it handy," Henry said, "just in case."

But when Henry arrived at SeaTac Crest Motor Inn, there was a lot of confusion. It was Thanksgiving morning, and he was about to catch a plane.

"So, I approached the woman behind the table, and I was about to say something, and she said,'There is no parking space. There is no parking space,'" Henry recalled. "Then I said,'I have a reservation.' She said,'That's okay because you made it through a third party.'"

The third party is CheapAirportParking.org. Henry has paid a deposit of $22. But now he has no parking space.

"So, I drove back and forth to International Drive for 20 minutes, half an hour," Henry said. "Everything is'We are full. We are overcrowded.'"

There are many angry customers from all over the country on the Internet.

"We just booked a very bad experience at Orlando Gold Park through the low-cost airport parking lot," one wrote. "This place is purely a scam... the customer service there is super rude," another said. And this one, "Run, don't leave this company. For 4 months, I have been trying to refund $200 to my credit card. They overbooked and don't refund your money."

Two men approached KIRO 7 at SeaTac Crest Motor Inn. They will not be interviewed, but they accuse the low-cost airport parking lot of charging a deposit for a non-existent space.

"I jumped into the car," Henry said, "I'm very lucky."

Henry said he managed to find a parking space in another paid parking lot.

"But we are approaching Christmas," he said. "And many people want to park, right? So, will the same thing happen to many people?"

KIRO 7 contacted CheapAirportParking. They said they cooperated with more than 300 parking lots across the country, and they rely on these parking lots to be honest with them.

They did say that they paid a refund, but if you have to catch a plane and there is no place to park, it may not help.
